Do we have to replace our existing curriculum?
No. DMTI works with any curriculum. We also provide our own complete K-8 curriculum if you need one.
The focus is on how math is taught, not what curriculum you use.
How soon will we see results?

What if we don't see improvement?
We guarantee achievement gains. If your schools don't see measurable improvement after using the program, we'll refund your program access payment - no questions asked. Money spent on in-person PD is not refundable, however you will retain access to all PD materials.
How is this different from traditional PD?
Traditional PD is often a one-day workshop with no follow-through.
DMTI embeds coaches in your classrooms, co-teaches with your teachers, and closely supports you all year long.
How do districts fund this?
Most partners use Title I funds, Title II funds, dedicated PD budget lines, or ESSER grants.
We can work with your business office to structure payments around your fiscal year.
What about middle school?
